Early Years Curt grew up on a guest ranch in the mountains of Wyoming near Yellowstone Park. After high school graduation, he moved to a college in Casper, Wyoming. He worked as a surveyor and cartographer to put himself through school. When he graduated from college, he transferred to Salt Lake City, Utah, and started a career in the commercial door industry. He prepared door and frame submittals for a custom hollow door manufacturer in 1983. In 1985 he moved to California and is currently working from Long Beach. Job Positions Curt has extensive experience and knowledge about the commercial door industry. In fact, he worked for many reputable door manufacturers, including:   J-Door Incorporated (Detailer & Outside Sales Specialist) Steelcrafts’ Americraft Warehouse Coastline Door (Door, Frames, & Hardware Retailer) Pacific Steel Products (Sales Manager)

Company Establishment

In 1995, Curt founded Centerline Drawings & Services, Inc., after leaving his managerial position with Pacific Steel Products. He realized that the door, frame, and hardware distributors needed help with submittals as they couldn’t afford to have a full engineering staff. Curt has applied what he has learned over the years to the forms and processes we use today.
